Yes. Upgrade whenever you need to, and moving from Ensemble to Institution only charges the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the free plan. We keep all of your data for 45 days in case you come back; after that, anything beyond the free plan's limits may be deleted.
